Hi Lena
Here are some pictures from Free Practice on Friday afternoon. I just wanted to show everyone how we get all our equipment to the Formula 1 pitlane and what the cars look like with brand new slick tyres fitted.
Unfortunately we had quite a bad day. Qualifying for the race was late this afternoon and we under performed. This means we start the Race tomorrow 10th and 14th. The race lasts for 1 hour and does have pitstops. So we will just have to wait and see if our drivers can move up the order and get a decent finish.
I must admit, making a picture diary with Gustav for you and your class has been a pleasure. It makes a change for me as I have been working in motor racing for thirty years now and it is nice to think I am able to give you all some insight into the racing world that you otherwise would not be able to see.
